From the mind of critic: “When the answers to deep seeded problems only lead to more questions, are we discouraged from standing up? If the light at the end of the tunnel is like the furthest point we can see on the horizon, which doesn’t get any further away, but doesn’t get closer the more steps we take toward it, are we discouraged from standing up? If the the darkness is getting darker, is it because of fear that the light is taking over? The sure sign of knowledge, is that there’s alot left to learn. Just because we don’t know why racist nazi scum would feel emboldened to walk down the street with assault rifles, in a self-proclaimed action to carry out Trump’s agenda, doesn’t mean we don’t ask. Once we identify the right questions, we’ll realize that we might have known the answer all along, but we’re afraid to admit we did. This personal fear over the ugliness we’ve always known was there, overpowered our love, humanism, accountability and critical thinking that could have not only prevented this current pot of hate from boiling over, but could have squashed it into a corner like it should have been years ago. Questions might only lead to more questions, but if we stop asking, the darkest parts of our journey will take control. We fight hate and darkness, by standing with love and light, and keep standing until the entire world is engulfed.” 🙂

From the mind of critic: “If life speeds by so fast when we’re older, that years melt together when we look back, and life crawls so slowly when we’re younger, that years seem like centuries when we look forward, is it ever possible to find a common ground? Is the definition of balancing the fast and slow, simply called living in the moment? Whether we have tons of memories because we’re old, or we’re planning for memories because we’re young, we must be conscious of what’s in front of our face. We stay conscious by feeling gratitude for everything we have, helping us to feel and utilize each and every moment. Once our energy is raised, it gives us the motivation to strive for more, and become the the most loving, peaceful and fulfilled human being we could possibly be. The idea is not to always look forward or always look back, but to look in front. Whether we’re old or young and want to slow down or speed up, the more we build memories now, the closer our goldilocks zone becomes.” 🙂

From the mind of critic: “If change doesn’t happen unless we rock the boat, do we get seasick? Does rocking the boat make us naseous, as oppossed to doing nothing so we ride the same old calm seas? Do things have to get worse so we can see how bad things are, before things get better and we see how good things can be? The amount of boat rocking needed, is equal to the size of change. While the size of change is completely subjective, we must always be ready to be uncomfortable in the short run, so we can be comfortable in the long run. This is the essence of gratitude, because we use what we have to strive for more, instead of what we don’t have which doesn’t get us anywhere. Once we get over the fact that rocking the boat will make somebody sick, we’ll see that once consciousness, humanism and accountability is adjusted to, we feel better than we ever have before. Remembering whay we rocked the boat, is like nature’s dramamine, and will keep us from getting seasick.” 🙂

From the mind of critic: “When we see nothing but darkness, do we expect light around every corner? When we see nothing but light, do we expect darkness around every corner? Do we always expect the worse, so we don’t get let down? Do we always expect things to turn out, so we don’t have to put any work in? Are we afraid to put ourselves out there, whether it’s negatively or positively? Taking the first step in our journey is difficult, but it’s the most important step. Once we put that first foot forward, We’ll see everything open up. We’ll see a lot of light, dark and everything in between. As our experience is added to, or perceptions adjust. We might have several bad experiences, making us think nothing good will happen. We might have several good experiences, making us think nothing bad will happen. We must remember this whole process started with us expecting the unexpected, but also got roadblocked because we expected the unexpected. We can’t get so set in our ways, that we think nothing will change. Light and dark are a balance, not constants. Balance is all about accepting change, and constants are all about accepting stagnation. Do we want balance to help us reach the light, or stagnation to help us reach the dark? When we feel gratitude for what is, the answer appears.” 🙂

From the mind of critic: “When we’re told we can be all we can be in the army, does it make us believe it’s the only way we can be all we can be? Does it instill in us the fact that we’re not good enough, that there’s no possible way we can make our own personal, spiritual, physical and mental selves better than the army can? Do we believe the army knows us better than we know ourselves? Do we belive that an outside organization can remove the roadblocks we’ve personally put in place of our positive forward progress? No matter the color of our skin, the size of our bank account, the langauge we speak or who we choose to love, we’re all looking for happiness, and we’re all looking to make sense out of the chaos. We do that by learning who we are, what we want and what will motivate us to get there. Once we learn these personal facts, we’ll see that only we can change ourselves, because only we truly know ourselves. If somebody says we can only reach our true potential through them, they’re praying on our laziness, and reliance on instant gratication. The army might be able to make us all we can be, but so can literally everything else depending on our perception. We must not be afraid of hard work now, so we can have a joyful soul later. We become better, only when we allow ourselves to be better.” 🙂

From the mind of critic: “If we all learned long ago, and still comprehend as adults that we’re all unique snowflakes, who do we get mad at other people for being different? Do we not see the correlation between the size, design, weight, temperature and elevation of a snowflake, and the height, weight, gender, sexual orientation, religion, skin color, traditions, age and intelligence of humans? Have we always seen how each are unique by themselves, but have never put 2 and 2 together? If we all create our own reality, then our perceptions do the creating. When we understand a concept, it can be hard to correlate it to something else, if we’ve never taken the time to corelate anything before. Practice doesn’t make perfect, we can’t be perfect because we’re not robots, practice makes better. As we get better, we’ll see that if we understand something is unique, we can’t get mad at somebody for proving something we already understood. We must get over the fact that we’re all unique, and all the same. We’re unique by virtue of being human, and we’re the same for the same reason.”

From the mind of critic: “If we get upset that our politicians are doing crazy things, do we get upset at ourselves for the same reason? If we see our President, Senator, Congressman, County Supervisor or Mayor circumventing the law to serve their own interests, do we realize we’re doing the same thing? If we hate politicians but love our person, are we sunconsciously admitting that we don’t care about anybody not in our inner circle? One of the biggest things we can do as humans to further our evolution, is to get out of our way by realizing that we’re not the center of the universe. This self imposed roadblock grows exponentially when we reach elected office, and self-aggrandizement kicks in. All the self loathing, low self-esteem and pissing contests that we endure as civilians, becomes magnified when we realize we have control over others. We start cutting others down to build ourselves up, but on a scale that drives us in the exact oppossite direction of what all men are created equal is suppossed to mean. To fix our politics, we have to fix ourselves. To do that, we must not be afraid to wave at a stranger walking down the street. They might be the person meant to guide us in the positive direction we’ve been searching for.” 🙂

From the mind of critic: “Does everything have to be uncomfortable, before it’s comfortable? Do we have to endure enormous hardships, specifically so we don’t take the good times for granted? Do we have to learn lessons we’ve been escaping for years, which are infinitely more vibrant because we’ve escaped them? Do we have to get over the fact that we aren’t the best and don’t know eveyrthing, so we can help others discover the same concept? Whether it’s old vs. young, man vs. woman, liberal vs, conservative or any other countless arbitrary battle, we all must endure a changing and evolving world if we want to accomplish anything. Once we see that we’re all going through the same struggle to leave a positive mark, we’ll see it’s the common thread that holds us together as humans. Once we see that, we’ll realize that we can’t shy away from challenges if there’s light on the other side. We’ll also see that if something moving us forward isn’t difficult, we don’t have to purposely make it harder, just to convince ourselves we deserve it. Which is one more collective human roadblock we must get over. Turning self sabotage into self motivation is hard, but becomes easier when we open our eyes to how beautiful the world really is.” 🙂

From the mind of critic: “If we see smoke everywhere but can’t find the gun, will we forever chase our tail? Do we begin questioning our sanity, worldview, perceptions and choices if the smoke hitting us in the face gets thicker and thicker, with nary a gun to be found? Do we push harder to plow our way trhough the smoke, because we know the more it billows, the stronger the fire is and the closer we are to it? We all know the phrase, there’s what we know to be true, and what we can prove in court. When we see things we know to be true because we witnessed them with our own eyes, then get backed up numerous stories and anticdotes, we start believing it in our heart to be true. This can cause signs, symbols and leads to show up, because our preception is colored, and our mission focused. We must remember that if we don’t find answers soon enough, we can’t give up. Granted, not every wild goose chase ends with a big payoff. However, if something is hidden from public view for the sole reason of covering something up, those doing the cover up will distract us with whatever they think of. They will stop at nothing to make us hit dead ends, and if we happen to bust through, they will attempt to make us appear insane. Maybe their real power is making us think we’re insane. Whether or not we find the smoking gun or the fire is beside the point. We can’t let the bad actors in this world crush our goodness. We spread it to others, when we get them to believe the same thing.” 🙂

From the mind of critic: “If we’re flyng through life by the seat of our pants, while knowing it’s the definition of an adventure, is it any suprise they call life one? Did we think it would be easy or hard because of who came before us? Did we we get so overwhelmed by the chaos of life, that the only thing we could do is fly by the seat of our pants, therefore expecting the adventure? They say we should expect the unexpected, that way we aren’t caught flat footed. On our toes is where we should be. If we want to get the most our of life, we must be kind to ourselves so we can take advantage of every opportunity that builds us up, leaving behind every one that tears us down. Flying by the seat of our pants might be uncomfortable, but as long as our heart and mind is headed in a positve and evolutionary direction, we’ll be just fine. If we do what we need so we get what we want, it will clear our conscious and clean our soul.” 🙂
