from the mind of critic-5/1/18

From the mind of critic: “If recharging our soul gives us the motivation to move forward, why don’t we do it more often? Are we scared of taking care of ourselves, because we think it’ll block opportunities? Are we more likely to tear ourselves down because it feels normal, as opposed to building ourselves up which feels abnormal? Do we have the capacity to suprise ourselves by not only learning lessons, but having them weave into our daily routine without even realizing? We all have low points, times when things are dark and seem hopeless. We can never delete these, but we can make them shorter by knowing when they’re about to arrive. The key to utilizing this prevention tactic, is remembering our soul is always rechargable, now matter dead and dormant it seems. Once we realize our personal and unique way of recharging changes with life experience, we’ll see taking care of ourselves isn’t a one and done thing, but a full time, never ending job. Filling our soul, makes life worth living. Low points may happen, but our reactions determine length and severity. Hanging out with old friends is good for our soul, we should do it more often. We fill our soul to move forward, which makes forward movement our key to sustainable refills.” 🙂
